By accessing or using the Secured Chain Limited platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our platform.
Secured Chain Limited provides expert trading platform services, market data and analytical tools, financial planning and advisory services, portfolio management and tracking tools, and educational resources and market analysis.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited, complete our KYC verification process, and provide accurate and complete information during registration.
IMPORTANT: Trading CFDs and following expert trades carries a high risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only invest capital you can afford to lose. Expert trading does not guarantee positive returns.
Secured Chain Limited charges performance fees (a percentage of profits from expert trading), subscription fees for premium plans, spreads built into market pricing, and withdrawal fees that vary by payment method. All fees are clearly disclosed before you incur them.
You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, engage in market manipulation or wash trading, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer our systems, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, share or sell your account credentials, or use automated tools without written authorisation.
The Secured Chain Limited platform, including all content, features, algorithms, data, and functionality, is owned by Secured Chain Limited and protected by international intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secured Chain Limited shall not be liable for investment losses, technical failures, actions of copied traders, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
